SHIPPING OPTIONS
At this time, Thiarti ships orders via USPS Mail.
Shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing times may be extended during holidays, limited releases, or high-volume sales events.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
All shipping options include tracking.
Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number provided by the carrier. Tracking information can be used on the carrier’s website to monitor delivery progress.
Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier (USPS), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
Thiarti is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the shipment is in transit or marked as delivered by USPS.
If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
Verifying the delivery address provided at checkout
Checking with neighbors or building management
Contacting USPS directly to initiate a claim or request further investigation
While we are happy to assist by providing tracking information or shipment details, replacement or refund for packages lost or stolen after carrier handoff will not be provided.
RETURNS POLICY
At this time, Thiarti does not offer exchanges.
If you wish to return an eligible item, please include either:
A copy of your packing slip, or
Your order confirmation email
All approved returns are processed as a refund to the original form of payment, in accordance with this Returns Policy.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the order date.
All sales of figures and collectible items are final and non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Items must be in original condition
Items showing signs of wear, washing, staining, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned without a refund
Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please include either:

Your order confirmation email

NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for any items.
If you would like a different item, size, or variation, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately (subject to availability).
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We apologize if you receive an incorrect or defective item.
All returns, including incorrect or defective orders, are subject to this Shipping & Returns policy. Items must remain unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for review.

LIMITED EDITION & FINAL SALE ITEMS
Due to the collectible and limited nature of certain Thiarti products, limited edition, special release, or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Any such designation will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Custom or made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Thiarti ships only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
